Order Management

- All orders placed are verified by our sales team and confirmed within the next business day.
- Confirmation is sent via email to your registered email address.
- Once the order is confirmed, the items will be held for the customer for 5 business days.
- After 5 business days, the items will automatically be released and made available for sale again.

Payments for European Customers

- Our standard payment methods are PayPal and Bank Transfer for shipments within Europe.

Shipping

- All confirmed and paid orders are shipped within the next business day.
- Shipments are made exclusively via insured national courier.

- We prioritize adding an additional 0.5% for shipping insurance. The customer can deselect this option directly during checkout, shipping the goods at their own risk.
- Shipping costs are €19.90 + VAT, excluding bulky items.
